iveaten.com is a blog about food, nutrition and the choices we make in our lives. It’s a melting pot of my experiences, questions, passions and curiosities. We are not only what we eat, but also how we produce our food and how we eat it.  Eating is not only a mere act of feeding oneself, but it is an act of loving and respecting ourselves and the environment that surrounds us.  

iveaten.com refers  to all of  the “things” I’ve eaten: junk food, healthy food, organic food, local food, glo-cal food, a combination of those, unspecified and undefined food,  Michelin star food,  molecular gastronomy. It also refers to all the books, magazines, blogs, articles, movies and music: all the bad and good experiences I had. Some that I devoured in one bite, some I was forced to eat, some I refused to try, some I had to chew and swallow. These experiences left me with something sweet, bitter, sour, salty, or umami aftertaste. 

iveaten.com aims to describe all of them!
